Neck Pain

If you feel pain in your Neck region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your neck muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

  • If you are having pain in the neck due to Cervical Spondylitis and Spondylosis, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Slowly stretch your head in the side-to-side and up-down direction.
  2. Intertwine your fingers with each other and take them behind your head. Now apply pressure from your hands in forwarding direction and stabilize your neck in an erect position. Make sure your neck doesn’t move. Apply pressure for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times.
  3. Now place the Closed hands on your forehead and apply pressure to the backward direction. Again stabilize your neck in an erect position. Hold for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times.
  4. Place left hand to the left side of the head and apply pressure to the right side and maintain the erect position of the neck. Hold this for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times. Do the same on the right side of the head with the help of your right hand.

Take Care:-

  1. Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
  2. Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. 
  3. Maintain a good Neck Posture.
  4. Avoid using a mobile phone for a longer time and hold it at eye level.
  5. Don’t Drive for a long period of time.
  6. Get a gentle Neck Massage.
  7. Use a Soft Pillow for Sleeping.
  8. Don’t stand or sit in one position for a long time.
  9. Perform the Neck Exercise daily.
  10. Don’t bend your neck for a long time.
