Hand Pain
If you feel pain in your Forearm and Hand region, then perform the following process:-
- Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your Forearm muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is Muscle Spasm.
- To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

- If you are having pain in your forearm and hand while making a fist of your hand and pain in the wrist, then perform the following Exercises:-
- Take a Squeeze ball and squeeze it.
- Move your hand in an up and down motion(Palm face up and then down).
- Take some weight in your hand and bend your elbow and then again come back to the normal starting position.
- Take a Hand Dynamometerand does exercise of hand to increase muscle strength.
Take Care:-
- Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
- Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your hand for the next few days.
- Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
- Do Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
