Hip Pain

If you feel pain in your Hip region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your hip muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

“There are two ways to perform hot fermentation – with Rubber hot bag and with Electric hot bag. We recommended you to use a Rubber hot bag for better result.”

  • If you are having pain in the Hip while Walking, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Lie on the ground on your back and bend one knee and use both hands to pull that knee toward the chest. Hold it for 10 sec and then relax. Again do it with your other knee. Repeat this 10 times.
  2. Sit on the floor with both legs out in the front. Bend the legs at the knees and press the soles of feet together. Place hand on top of both knees and gently push down towards the floor. Apply pressure to the knees until there is a stretch, but don’t push further than your comfortable range. Hold the stretch for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times.
  3. Lie flat on the back, then bend the knees and bring them toward the body until the feet are flat on the floor. Rotate the knees to the left side, lowering them toward the floor and rotate the head to face the right while keeping the shoulder against the floor. Hold for 20 sec and then slowly return both the head and knees to the starting position. Repeat this on the opposite side. Do it 10 times.
  4. Lie straight on the floor and bend your knees. Place your hands on the abdomen. Now rotate your neck on the left side and bend your knees toward the right side. Hold for 10 sec and then come back to the starting position. Again do the same in the opposite direction. Do it 10 times.
