Knee Pain

If you feel pain in Knee region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your Knee muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

“There are two ways to perform hot fermentation – with Rubber hot bag and with Electric hot bag. We recommended you to use a Rubber hot bag for better result.”

  • If you are having pain in your knee while walking and not able to fold your knee and difficulty in climbing Stairs, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Sit on a chair and fix your thigh. Now lift your leg upward(don’t bend your knee). Hold it for 10 sec and relax. Do it 10 times.
  2. Lie straight on the floor. Take a towel and roll it well. Place it below the knee and apply pressure on the towel for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times.
  3. Again lie straight on the floor. Place the towel roll below the ankle and apply pressure for 10 sec and relax. Do this 10 times.

Take Care:-

  1. Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
  2. Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your knee for the next few days.
  3. Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
  4. Do Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
  5. Avoid cross bending of the knee.
  6. If you are obese, try to lose weight.
  7. Avoid sitting with legs.
  8. Avoid Stair climbing.
  9. While sitting, place something below the foot to level up the knee joint.
