Ankle Pain

If you feel pain in your Ankle region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your ankle muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

  • If you are having pain in your ankle while walking, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Do up, down and circular motion of foot.
  2. Attach some weight to your foot and try to lift it.
  3. Put your foot on the top of a rounded object(can of soft drink) and with little pressure, roll the arch of your foot back and forth over the object for a few minutes.
  4. Stand on toes and then on full feet.
  5. Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you. wrap a towel on the toes of both feet. Pull back slightly until you start to feel a stretch at your feet and the back of your lower legs. Hold for 10 sec and then relax. Perform this 10 times.

Take Care:-

  1. Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
  2. Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your ankle for the next few days.
  3. Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
  4. Do Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
  5. Take rest.
  6. Wear Skechers Shoes.
