Back Pain

If you feel pain in your Back region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your back muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it to the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

  • If you are having pain in the back while bending, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Lie on the ground and bend the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor. Press the feet into the floor, keeping the arms by the sides. Raise your back and hold it for 10 sec. Lower your back and repeat the process 10 times.
  2. Lie on the ground on your back and bend one knee and use both hands to pull that knee toward the chest. Hold it for 10 sec and then relax. Again do it with your other knee. Repeat this 10 times.
  3. Lie Straight on the floor. Take one leg straight up and make your foot inward. Hold it for 10 sec and then lower down your leg. Again do the same with your other leg. Repeat this 10 times.
  4. Lie on the ground on your back and bend your knees. Now, take a towel and roll it well. Place the towel below your back and press the towel with your back for 10 sec. Then relax and again apply pressure. Do this 10 times.

Take Care:-

  1. Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
  2. Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your back for the next few days.
  3. Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
  4. Give a gentle massage to the back.
  5. Do Stretching Exercises.
  6. Maintain a good posture of the Spine.
  7. Keep on walking
  8. Quit Smoking.
  9. Maintain a good sleeping position.
  10. Avoid high heels
  11. Stash the Skinny jeans.
  12. Lighten your wallet.
  13. Don’t try to bend.
  14. Do Swimming.
  15. Manage and reduce stress.
