Hand Pain

If you feel pain in your Forearm and Hand region, then perform the following process:-

  • Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your Forearm muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is  Muscle Spasm.
  • To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

“There are two ways to perform hot fermentation – with Rubber hot bag and with Electric hot bag. We recommended you to use a Rubber hot bag for better result.”

  • If you are having pain in your forearm and hand while making a fist of your hand and pain in the wrist, then perform the following Exercises:-
  1. Take a Squeeze ball and squeeze it.
  2. Move your hand in an up and down motion(Palm face up and then down).
  3. Take some weight in your hand and bend your elbow and then again come back to the normal starting position.
  4. Take a Hand Dynamometerand does exercise of hand to increase muscle strength.

Take Care:-

  1. Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
  2. Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your hand for the next few days.
  3. Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
  4. Do Stretching and Strengthening Exercises.
