Shoulder Pain
If you feel pain in your Shoulder region, then perform the following process:-
- Firstly, check the muscle tightness of your shoulder muscles. If they are tight and hard, it means there is Muscle Spasm.
- To get rid of this Muscle Spasm, take a heat fermentation and place it on the muscle spasm area for 10-15 mint. The hardness of your muscles will get relaxation and cure your Muscle Spasm.

- If you are having pain in the Shoulder, not able to lift your hand up and also not side raise your hand, then that must be due to the inflammation of your Shoulder. Perform the following Exercises:-
- Take a towel and start rubbing your back with the towel by moving one hand in an upward direction and another hand in a downward direction.
- Stand with your good hand on the back of a chair and hang down your affected hand. Now move your affected hand in up/down, inward/outward and circular directions. Do movement in every direction for at least 1 minute.
- Stand in a doorway with your elbow and arm forming a 90-degree angle. Step your right foot forward as you press your palms into the sides of the door frame. Lean forward and engage your core. Hold this position for up to 30 seconds. Repeat this 5 times.
- Take your affected hand to the wall and touch the wall with your fingers. Now start going in an upward direction with fingers and go to the end range and then come back in a downward direction. Make sure your elbow must be fully straight(Don’t bend elbow). Do this 10 times.
Take Care:-
- Apply Ice for the first few days. If you still don’t feel better then apply heat with a hot fermentation.
- Take a few days off from heavy lifting, Sports and other activities which can worsen your pain. Rest your shoulder for the next few days.
- Stop any exercise if you feel more pain while performing.
- Give a gentle massage to the shoulder.
- Do Stretching Exercises.
